Shipping Daystar Parts to Canada
Canada has always been and continues to be the most common country we ship to following the United States. There's no doubt there's a need for Daystar Parts in Canada, and we're here to help!
Q: How do you ship the parts?
-
Every shipment to Canada is made via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (if the customer chooses to upgrade their shipping method). International shipments require extra documentation so that they can be delivered. We send the necessary documents with the order so that your Suspension Parts order will clear Canadian Customs.
Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
-
If you ordered suspension parts that are in stock (as indicated on our website), your shipment to Canada will ship out within 24 hours on business days. DHL shipments are by far the fastest and most reliable shipping methods we use to reach Canada customers. Shipments typically reach customers within 2-3 business days.
-
If the part is not currently in stock in one of our warehouses then the shipping time can be as much as 10 days from the time the order is processed.
Q: How much is shipping?
-
Cost of Shipping Suspension Parts to Canada is based entirely on the weight of the shipment. DHL and FedEx charge the same amount for shipping a package to anywhere in Canada, changing in cost only as weight increases or decreases. You can easily and quickly see the cost of shipping without entering your shipping information. Simply select "Canada" from the country selector on the shopping cart page. Once Canada is selected, it will immediately update the page to display the exact cost of a shipment to Canada. This is isn't an estimate, this is the exact shipping cost.
Q: What about Duties and Customs?
-
In the case of all our international orders Taxes, Customs, or Duties are not included in the shipping cost. This is because these charges vary from country to country and fluctuate to an extent that makes it difficult to consistantly give our customers an accurate figure. Also these are not charges that we can control as a company so we don't include them in our shipping total.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
-
Yes! DHL and FedEx are the primary carriers that we use to ship to Canada. We do not ship internationally via a cheaper method (USPS parcel post) because any cheaper method is not trackable. We want our customers to be confident that they are going to receive their shipment, so we only use carriers that can meet this expectation.
Q: Return Policy
-
Returns are still accepted from Canadian customers, but please keep in mind that shipping a return back to the United States is at your cost.
