A Lift by Any Other Name is Still a Lift, Right?
Actually there are a couple different kinds of lifts. Body lifts insert blocks or spacers in between the body and the frame of your truck. These kits only give you a 1-3 inch ride height increase, but they will not alter your OEM. Suspension lifts most commonly insert coil spacers or replace the leaf spring blocks to raise the whole suspension of your F250.
